Before you ask

The questions we hear most from fleet operators before they try it.

No. Saypoint runs on the phone or tablet already in the cab. Geofences and questions are configured centrally and pushed to the app — nothing to install in the vehicle itself.

No. Saypoint listens only after it asks a question, triggered by a geofence, and stops once an answer is captured. It isn't a continuous recording of the cab.

It asks one short question at a stop they were already making, and they answer out loud without stopping what they're doing — there's no screen to tap and no form to fill in. In practice the objection we hear isn't from drivers, it's the worry that it's surveillance. It helps that it only listens after asking, and that drivers can hear exactly what was recorded about their own stops.

Not to run a pilot. Saypoint works standalone off location alone, so nothing has to be wired up before you can see whether it's useful. If you decide to keep it, records export as structured data and we'll work with you on getting it into whatever you already run.

The fleet operator does. Data is scoped to your account and exportable on request — it isn't pooled with other customers or used to train anything outside your organization without agreement.

The question and the fact that it went unanswered are both logged with the location and time — an unanswered prompt is itself a record, not a dead end.

Geofences and questions are held on the device, so the prompt still fires and the answer is still captured with its location and timestamp. It syncs when the vehicle comes back into coverage. Losing signal delays the record; it doesn't lose it.

Per vehicle, per month, and we'll quote it on the call once we know your fleet size and how many zones you'd run. We're early enough that pricing for the first cohort is a conversation rather than a page — what we won't do is make you sit through a demo before hearing a number.
